Psychology, Neuroleadership, and Neurofeedback
Most people come looking for the same thing: a way out of whatever problem is weighing on them. Fair enough. The trouble is that solving it tends to be harder than expected, and the reason usually isn't the problem itself.
What's often missing is a set of mental skills that haven't been built yet. Holding executive attention steady over time. Steering your own emotional and psychological state instead of being dragged around by it. Dropping into genuine relaxation when you need rest, or ramping up to a high-energy peak when the moment calls for it. Doing any of this on demand, rather than hoping it shows up.
That skill set can be trained. Mindfulness and meditation practice is one route into it; neuro-training is another, and the two work well together. If this is the direction you want to go, spending time learning how they work is where we'd point you first.
