Psychology, Neuroleadership, and Neurofeedback

Erik Lenderman works as a speaker, project manager, and strategic consultant for both personal and professional growth. He offers one-on-one coaching as well as group training, with the aim of moving a person's private life, relationships, or career forward. Across the past six years, his work with institutions and organizations has produced a combined total of more than $1 Million in savings and revenue, and that figure keeps rising. He has presented the Principles of Practical Psychology to over 15,000 people drawn from more than 129 countries, and that reach continues to widen.

Because these services sit at a premium level, a minimum commitment of three sessions is required. That floor exists to make sure the work produces real movement on your goals, whether those are personal, relational, or professional. Depending on what you actually need, the full engagement tends to run somewhere between three and six sessions.

Physician, psychotherapist, executive, teacher, student, parent: whatever your role, the assumption here is that you already carry a clear picture of where you want to end up and some sense of the road there. The hard part is the stretch from Vision to Action to Result, which can feel steep. Treat that difficulty as a signal rather than a warning. If you can name your vision and you are willing to do what the work demands, you have already taken the first step toward the next one.

Reading this far may mean you have been turning over the idea of hiring a strategic personal consultant to help you do the self-development your objectives require. This is not a service that stops at asking how you feel or what you want. It trains you to shift your mental state and to keep acting toward your goals, so the path from vision to action to result stays intact.

Consider the contrast with therapy. A genuinely excellent psychotherapist will charge somewhere in the range of $100 to $200 per hour, and their attention usually goes toward healing past trauma. Strategic Consulting is a different instrument. Working one-on-one with Erik Lenderman, you build a deep understanding of your most basic needs: where you have been, where you stand now, and where you intend to go. The process helps you move through inner pain and convert it into fuel for your own transformation, and from there into action on the objectives you have set.

There is also a free meditation MP3 on offer, titled RELAX. Free really does mean free. The recording is built to coax your brainwaves toward a relaxed state.

The underlying effect traces back to 1839, when it was first identified by Heinrich Wilhelm Dove, a physicist, Fellow of the Royal Society, and Director of the Prussian Meteorological Institute. Dove was the first to notice what a particular kind of auditory stimulus does inside human perception. That observation was later turned into a working audio technology somewhere between the 1950s and the 1970s. Several parties have claimed credit for the technology itself, but the original discovery belongs to Dove. The free MP3 draws on his finding and applies the stimulus toward mindfulness and relaxation, offered here as a gift.

If you want to read further, a search for 'Mindfulness' together with the 'Psychological Effects of Brainwave Entrainment' will turn up published data on PubMed.Gov.
