Rabbi Joel Bakst on the Foundation Stone and the Cosmic Pineal Gland
There is a question that keeps forcing itself forward, and it deserves an answer. Why have so many nations fixed their attention on Jerusalem, and specifically on the Temple Mount? There is no parallel to it anywhere else on earth. No other patch of ground pulls at the whole world this way. The reason comes down to the Foundation Stone.
That same stone is where the prophets, Isaiah, Ezekiel, Joel, set out their formulations with real clarity. You look at it and think you are seeing a rock. You think of the organ sitting in the middle of your brain as nothing more than tissue. But a rock stops being merely a rock the moment you experience it from another dimension. What sits there now has been concretized, petrified, hardened into mineral. Call it a calcified cosmic and geopolitical pineal gland.
Then there is the Mayim Chayim, the living water. Think of how endogenous DMT is thought to secrete and emanate out of the pineal gland, opening everything up to you, carrying you somewhere and showing you what is there. In theory you could know everything, if what you are touching is prophecy. According to the sources, prophecy is not only meant to come back; we already understood that the end of time as we know it requires its return.
What is strange is where it is arriving from. We are already feeling pieces of prophecy entering through the last door anyone would watch, the back door of science and technology. These are small fractals of the future bleeding into the present. That is part of why no one can quite explain what is happening with science, with computers, with the phone in your hand. From one angle it looks like it has slipped loose and gone out of control. From another angle this is Adam at work. His consciousness. His game. His world.
That is the entire idea behind a Messianic Age: the psychology of what is coming, held open for Jews and non-Jews, for humans, animals, plants, minerals, atoms, photons, strings, membranes, galaxies, black holes, all of it. The original Jewish picture of reality was that large. Consider who was already thinking in these terms. Abraham, close to four thousand years ago. Moses on Mount Sinai, roughly thirty three hundred years back. Who else carried a vision of humanity on that scale? Most people of the time could not even reach for the possibility.
This is Adamic Judaism. Here is the plain formula: Jew plus non-Jew equals what? The original Adam. The whole assignment of Judaism comes down to that, keeping the cosmic pineal gland alive so it does not calcify completely. That is what the Foundation Stone has always been about.
