Breakthrough Psychology Program

Psychology, Neuroleadership, and Neurofeedback Training

A note before anything else: none of what follows has been evaluated by the FDA. The program is meant for general wellness and spiritual development, not for diagnosing or treating any illness. Any video material tied to it illustrates the ideas behind the training rather than the real settings where it takes place.

Preparation starts with a brain map and a period of groundwork for EEG training, including learning how to read the data the sensors produce. The core of the program is a seven-day intensive held on site. During those days participants work through a brain map, z-score feedback, and synchronization across the two hemispheres. Gamma and beta training sits alongside building alpha amplitude, theta work, and regulation of delta. Heart rate variability training rounds out the physical side.
